Support limits
What counts, and what is extra
Proposed definitions. AMG confirms them before online checkout opens.
- Small change / small edit: an update to existing content or styling on one page that takes up to 30 minutes, such as swapping text or an image, fixing a link or button, or adjusting colors and spacing.
- Not a small edit: new pages, new sections or features, redesigns, integrations, migrations, or copywriting over about 100 words.
- Revision round: one consolidated list of changes to the delivered work, sent in a single message.
- Response times: business days, Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays. Small edits are usually completed within 3 business days of our reply.
- Care plan edits reset monthly and do not roll over. One active request at a time.
- Always extra: hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins and apps, AI model and API usage, stock assets, and major feature development.
- Not covered: emergency or 24/7 support, and fixing problems caused by third-party apps, platform outages or other developers (quoted separately).
- You provide site access through your platform's staff or collaborator accounts. Never send passwords through our forms.
Final terms are confirmed in your order or signed scope.

Most sites on common platforms are supported. If yours is unusual, ask for a no-obligation compatibility review before you buy.
- Supported for fixed-price packages: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and standard HTML/CSS sites.
- Other platforms, heavily customized themes, or sites without admin access: request a compatibility review first.
- After purchase, we review your site and requests within 1 business day, before any work starts.
- If something you asked for isn't supported, we tell you before starting and agree a change of scope, a custom quote, or a cancellation under our terms.
- We never start unsupported work without your written approval.

Website upgrade questions
Do I need a new website?
No. These packages improve the site you already have, on the platform you already use. If a rebuild would serve you better, we'll say so before you commit.
Is monthly care added automatically?
No. Care plans are separate, optional subscriptions. You only subscribe if you choose a plan.
What if my platform isn't supported?
Request a compatibility review before buying. If we find a problem after purchase, we tell you before starting and agree next steps with you.
When does the production time start?
Once we have your completed intake and working access to your site. Times are estimates; your order or scope confirms the schedule.
Are hosting, apps and AI usage included?
No. Hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins and apps, and AI model or API usage are billed by their providers or passed through at cost.
Why do AI and Enterprise projects need a quote?
Their scope depends on your site, data and integrations. We audit first, then send a written scope, price and timeline to approve.
