What a license gives you
Under each standard license, AMG grants the licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the identified recording and underlying musical composition solely as expressly permitted in the license, to the extent AMG controls the rights necessary to grant that permission.
Delivery of an audio file does not transfer ownership of the recording, the composition or any underlying intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Film & Television, exclusive, expanded and custom licenses are negotiated individually and documented in a separate written agreement.
Questions about a track's background or how it was produced can be sent through the quote form; we'll review and respond accurately.
