What to send

Have these ready

Use the order number from your confirmation email so we can match your materials to your order.

  1. Clips: a shared link to your footage (MP4/MOV, 1080p+), topics or timestamps, caption style and brand fonts/colors.
  2. Brickverse: one clear reference clip (up to 15 seconds) or image per transformation, plus the output format you need.
  3. Websites: logo and brand files, page text and images, domain and account access (shared securely — never in this form).
  4. AI services: the website or tools to connect, sample content or documents, and who receives handoffs.
  5. You must own or have permission for all footage, music, images and people you send.

Please don't include passwords or payment details in this form. We'll arrange secure access separately.
